F	F* It Films** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike Braun, CPA and Partner at this office, is extremely uncommunicative and unhelpful. His lack of respect for his clients is truly appalling, and it is a wonder how he maintains business. After several months (really several years) of unresponsiveness, and dozens of attempts to contact via email and telephone, we opted to appear in person at the DMCL office—this last ditch effort was met with our CPA refusing to see us and playing dead in the back room. Naturally, we have decided to move our business elsewhere. This transitional process away from him has been just as dreadful as working with him. After a number of courtesy emails clearly requesting our information and documents to be transferred over to our new CPA, there has been no progress made on this front—nor any communication whatsoever on his part... I truly never write reviews, but if this saves even one potential client from this last-class kind of service, it will be well worth it. And for any current clients of his who may be reading this; this sort of behaviour is not 'normal' in the industry, and you should seriously consider taking your business elsewhere.
