Absolutely horrendous customer service and you're paying top dollar for bottom quality clothing. I would advise to keep away from this establishment as they are very rude, disrespectful and condescending. If I could've, I would've gave 0 stars.

Unless you want to pay for the rips and stains at full price, than you might have found the place to go. Owner was very angry and no easy to talk to. but again if you are looking for a store that matches the down town feeling than you definetly found the spot. Save yourself the hassels.

He clearly has no experience with customer service and anyone who will go here will understand that. As an example just look at the business owners replies to the other reviews. Very immature, do not recommend. Over priced for very mediocre clothing.

My order finally arrived two months later and after all of that it was missing an item, I had sent an email regarding the missing piece and was told it would ship out weeks ago. Again after multiple emails I have not heard back. I am shocked that I haven’t heard back and now am out the item I have paid for. I was really looking forward to my order only to be disappointed to find an item missing and still no communication on the item. Very disappointing

I’m pretty sure this guy steals clothes from donation bins too and resells it.... if you shop here you’re paying $30 for a shirt you could get for either $2 at value village or for free. The quality of these clothes are bad too. All damaged non vintage. There’s a difference between 5 years old, used and torn and vintage.
