★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had used Mark Anderson several times and one thing to note is that he is creative when it comes to trying to get a mortgage, but you better not be in a hurry. Also, with our most recent experience he was extremely unprofessional and stopped returning our phone calls/emails and fell off the face of the earth. It turns out the advice he had given us was incorrect and we were unable to achieve our goal based on his recommendations. He had ghosted us because he didn't want to be up front and tell us he could no longer help. It was extremely unprofessional and he had dragged the process on for much longer than it needed to. If you have 4 months to wait and are willing to risk not hearing back from him at all, then I would recommend him.
