Pathetic service. These people are cheaters, charging the inspection cost and then holding my TV for 1 months saying parts are coming. But after 1 month, nothing happens.
They will say parts are ordered and it's taking time, but instead they should keep that transparency, so that customer can know how much time will it take.
I couldn't buy new one just because these guys keep buying 2 more days from me. It's a limit now. .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up 6 Android boxes which ranged from 120-175 dollars over the last few years (For myself and some family members). The reason for the high price was full warranty and free updates when required. The first couple warranties and updates went well but after that the service was terrible. Multiple times I had dropped off the boxes to be fixed and or updated and it would take weeks to complete. Near the end he would say he was too busy and didn’t have time. One time he even told me that the box was fixed and once I got it back home nothing had changed and my USB for the remote had been removed and misplaced.
Overall VERY POOR service. In total there is only 1 Android box that still works.

Dropped off the TV and didn't hear anything so I called back a week later and they had completely forgotten to even diagnose the TV, then another week later they finally ordered the parts and 6 weeks later I finally got my tv back. 2 months in total it took. About 3 weeks in they offered my a loaner TV after I called and complained, that's the only reason that it's not 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DK electronics has been looking after my past place of business repairing TVs (we have 20) as they wear out (back lighting generally). They have always done excellent work. I am posting this review as I read some of the negative reviews and want to remind anyone who is reading these that there is 2 sides to 1 story. The complainer normally states his case to his advantage leaving out most of the facts. The business must then fill in the blanks. The lesson in this is to never accept one persons statement without hearing the whole story. Then you can see the whole picture. This company is not a 3.7 average rating business. They are much better than that and I have done a lot more business with them than most will ever do. Keep up the good work DK. I am sending you more business from the new company I work for now.
