★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just MC'd my first wedding for my best friend and Rod was our fantastic DJ for the evening. Even though we weren't able to dance (COVID restrictions) Rod found a way to get people grooving in their seat and singing up a storm.
He made me feel super comfortable as MC, and even played sound effects/specific songs in response to some of my jokes.
He was so kind, patient, and accommodating, and I know my friends who were married that day appreciated all his work so much.
I'll also say that Rod offered numerous games that worked great with the COVID restrictions, as well as prizes.
DJ Daddy Mack for the win!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DJ Daddy Mac was a wonderful addition to my retirement party. He arrived early and set up well before the guests arrived, and was very organized and prepared. He played my requests as well as some of his own choices which made a nice well-rounded setlist of music. Every so often he would speak on the mic saying relevant and wonderful comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DJ Daddy Mack did our wedding and was absolutely awesome, he has great music and had everyone up dancing. He also had hulahoops for everyone to dance with if you want to social distance. So much fun. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are all very disappointed. My brother and his wife were married at my property. We meet Rod and his fiancé here and went over the contact/event. His fiancé took notes. Rod was to be here at least an hour early to set up. Rod told us this 3 times. We told Rod it was very important to have the live stream because the brides family were in Brazil and we had family in Australia. We went over this. First of all Rod asked for a $100 deposit and I paid $200 then he asked us a week before the event to pay him the full amount and I was not comfortable with this.His contract says payment on arrival to the event. Next as my husband is rushing to get ready 20 minutes before the wedding Ron is asking for a cord. The BRIDE could not walk down the isle because she was waiting for Rod to set up! My sister in Australia messaged me that all they could see on Rods video was the back of my brothers head! I told Rod and his partner this was an epic fail and I was not happy. Rod did not apologize. His partner came to me later in the evening and said I had been refunded $200. I did not receive a refund. I messaged Rod and he ignored the question and asked me to review him. Here is my review ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DJ Daddy Mack worked our youngest’s wedding on 23 Oct 2021 and was absolutely amazing. He was able to quickly read and get a feel for the wedding and made it that much more special. His selection of music was vast and the way he interacted with sound bites only added to the relaxed environment. I would definitely recommend him not only for weddings but another type of event. Thanks again for making the day even more special.
