★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For most woman finding a stylist they like can be a hassle! I have had my hair and nails done by this lady. She is kind! She is professional! She knows what she is doing She ASKS what I want and she LISTENS to my preferences. She wants her clients to be happy. I was comfortable and I found her very easy to talk to. I have recommended her to others who know go see her. She is clean. Prices were good too! She is always looking for feedback on how she can better her service and skills. I will be returning soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have neglected my hair for too long, and I have some anxiety about hair dressers. I did not get any vibes in my town (Okotoks) so I searched for High River. Just because they are small town does not mean small service. From making the anxious phone call to book in, to the paying at the end everything was top notch.
I love the essential oil blend, head massage. The cute rustic vibe and hip music. I felt comfortable and in experienced hands and even though I needed more cut than I wanted, I knew I needed to do it to have healthy hair. Looks feels great and styled amazing!
I can go on forever. I may not have seen like it but I totally was happy. Can't wait to go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online a month prior to have a set of nails done - I arrive today for my appointment and they tell me I do not have an appointment. I show my confirmation email and they say I booked online when they were "switching systems"... I assume they will do something to compensate my time wasted driving 40 min one way from out of town but all they say is I can get $15 off the next time I am here and try to book me an appointment next week. It was very important to have my nails done for this Saturday for a wedding I am in and will not be using this salon again as they are unreliable and obviously do not care about acquiring or retaining customers. The girl at the front desk was very apologetic but the manager/owner who came to "help" solve this issue kept laughing and putting off my frustration with "I'm so sorry hahaha these silly computers." Not the computers fault, it's yours for not amalgating the booking systems. Hopefully if you go to this salon they actually have you booked and don't send you away with the promise of $15 off next time. Anyone know a good nail artist that can get me in tomorrow? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time going here. I'm happy with everything from the warm greetings to the shampoo and trim. I'm finally happy I found a place that I can go to regularly to help my hair grow longer. I've avoided going for trims because of past hair salons.
Lovely atmosphere, worth the drive from Okotoks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christina was amazing. I wanted a complete change and she completely understood and was excited about it. Explained what she was doing and why every step of the way. Also told you how to care for your style at home. She also gives an amazing scalp massage and hot towel and essential oil treatment as well. Very relaxing. A true spa experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my nails done for years and Christina knows her stuff, she is the only person who can keep nails on me and continually keeps herself educated and up to date! She is a constant professional and is beautiful inside and out. I get complements on my nails all the time on how they look. I would recommend and do to everyone. ❤️?? My hair is gorgeous and always stunning after I leave and healthy always get compliments on both my hair and nails. Christina is always up for adventure with colour and cut with my hair and it turns out amazing.
