They had generously donated a bin rental gift certificate to the Burnaby Firefighter's Charity and we purchased it several years ago at a silent auction. We finally started our backyard project and despite the years that had passed, they honoured the gift certificate without any question, delivered a bin and were very flexible and accommodating! Can't recommend this company enough!
