★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jacklyn has been doing my hair since I was born. She has been the only person who has ever touched my hair with dye , besides myself , up until this point I have held her in highest standing as my hair has always been wonderful!
Until this time.
I asked for a simple natural balayage and what I received was nothing less than something out of the 90s. I have tiger striped bronze streaks throughout my hair.
I went in with beautiful naturally blonde hair and left with something that is a text book example of what not to do. ( I actually googled bad streaks and there was an example that looks identical to my hair)
When I expressed how much I disliked my hair she told me it would be an additional 80$ to put lowlights in it, it would be an additional $80 to fix a mistake that she made.
I spent $200 on hair that has made me cry anytime I looked in the mirror.
My hair is absolutely not Divine and neither was my experience , you’ve lost a long time supporter and client.

She's been part of every major "hair event" in my life, and I was especially blown away by the work she did at my wedding. After careful planning and consultation leading up to the day, she created a side-swept look that was both current and timeless. To this day I get compliments on my wedding photos regarding how beautiful my hair looked. Thank you Jaclyn!
