★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engineers at Saanich pander to unfounded complaints given by deluded individuals. 'No parking' signage was placed in front of a single dwelling on a boulevard by Saanich engineers due to a neighbour's delusion that street parking causes their house to 'flood', resulting in a safety issue for the tenants of the dwelling that now box one another in on a single lane driveway. Saanich understands the problem yet offers no solution or compromise. Stating the entire boulevard is 'illegal' to park on, yet when made aware that other cars are parked along the entire boulevard with no signage or ticketing, they state they are 'too busy' to enforce unless they receive a complaint. The engineer encouraged me to complain against the other neighbours who park on the street as a 'solution'. Be better.
