β β β β β My wife and I wanted to finish our basement and wanted it done right. Greg came and framed the basement, and it was perfect. All the other trades complimented on how well it was done. So it was a no brained for us to bring him back to do all the trim and doors. Fantastic job, clean and courteous. Would recommend him to anyone, and he will be back to do more work at our house.

β β β β β Greg, from Distinct Renovations, was recommended to me by a friend whoβd recently had her home renovated and was very pleased with the finished product. I inquired of Greg about the cost for an addition to the back of my home which included a 3 piece bath, and family room with a walk out deck. Greg was quick to reply with a detailed, competitive quote for the addition as well as specific dates of when he and his team could start the job - a schedule which he closely adhered to (unlike past experiences Iβve had with some contractors who start a job and then disappear for a few days or, when they finally show up, only work a few hours before calling it a day). The work by Distinct Renovations was prompt and professional. Greg was very flexible with regards to any design changes as the project progressed. As well, with so many years of experience, Greg was an invaluable resource when additional, specialized trades were required for my specific design requests. Greg is honest and fair and a pleasure to collaborate with. The work site was always clean and the addition completed on schedule if not a few days early. The end result was more beautiful than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Greg and his company, Distinct Renovations.
