t	trevor warner-smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a pool safety tarp, on october 6th, they said 4 to 6 weeks, but probably within 3, called last week , they told me I had to at least wait 4 weeks, I was, and they said no.... we have it up on computer, you need to look at your reciet????? Now they are saying , maybe this week or next week?????, at least it's nice out? Think I may return it before I get it, and go to another company..... why would they not have access to tracking orders?

I have called three times just wanting to know the status of my order. The phone system makes me wait for 10 minutes and then asks me to leave a voice message and someone will call back. I have yet to hear back after leaving a message three times. Poor customer service.

Maria provided awesome customer service, answered all our questions and had our hot tub delivered within 2 weeks of ordering (Competitors have delivery dates 6+ months out). The hot tub works great and was priced competitively compared to other retailers. There was one miscommunication on the hot tub manufacturers end. However, Discounters stepped up and provided a fair solution. Overall 10/10 experience! Mitch

It was found that I wouldn't need all the fittings, so I set out to return the perfectly clean unused, still in original bag fittings in Mid April of 2022 with receipt. They refused to accept the return citing the 3 day return policy. This is totally ridiculous and they just lost a regular customer over a simple return!

She openly gave her knowledge on what size of pool heater we needed based on the size of our pool. We ended up purchasing a heater from Patricia, and although it was close to their closing time, she ended up staying past the closing time so that my father in law could pick up the heater in his truck (it wouldn't fit in our SUV) as we lived out of town. Patricia, your kind and customer service oriented demeanour did not go unnoticed and we appreciated all of your help! Discounters, you have a great employee who is not only knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, but is also very personable. Thanks again!
