Ben came out to my home and he changed the tube in the tire, made sure that there was no damage to my wheel and answered all my many questions. Charged me much less than I was expecting and I'm mobile again!! The ladies I spoke to on the phone were helpful and knowledgeable. I will go to the store again and I had a great first experience. Thank you to all!!

I can not explain how easy you made the transition when he came home and then how caring everyone was when he passed. I truly appreciate all of you. I am writing my first review today because I was at the store when the owners received a negative review. Because I’ve been there at least 15 times this year they didn’t shy away from sharing with me. They were so disappointed that all the negatives get posted and people tend to forget to write when it’s a positive experience. I can say that each time I’ve been there every customer has had a positive experience. The staff truly care. I don’t need to go back for now but I will be recommending them to friends/family and I hope they have great success in our community. Thanks again Wendy, Eric, & staff

We never felt pressured in anyway and her husband (I can’t remember his name) even took the time to make sure we couldn’t fix our old scooter before spending all that money. We went ahead and purchased a brand new scooter and picked it up yesterday. Both days Wendy had to explain multiple times how to use each button and knob and even walked around outside until Fred felt comfortable with everything. Even when the store got busy a few times she never seemed frustrated with him. I know Fred didn’t say it but he really did appreciate it. Thank you again!

After my first call to Erik inquiring about medical aides for my grandpa, he quickly replied with 'Dont worry about a thing, Ive got it covered and under control'. As someone who has never had the 'pleasure' of dealing with Veterans Affairs or trying to advocate for a senior relative it was extremely frustrating without Erik's assistance. From providing a specialized wheel chair while a custom one is built, to measuring and delivering an new mattress that will eliminate pressure points for this old soldier who can no longer leave his bed except for brief periods, Erik has been a Godsend and has relieved us of a weight such that it is difficult to put into words. If you have a relative or friend who needs these services, especially if they are a Veteran, i highly recommend Erik and his staff, their professionalism and his dedication to those who served our country is unmatched.

I had done enough homework on the Web to know roughly what I wanted, and they helped fill in all of the blanks to get the perfect unit. Highly recommend. You should see my legally-blind mother roll!
