★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Disc Republic just before Christmas 2021. My Son-in-law had shown interest in a specific Bushnell range finder not available in Denmark where he and my daughter live. I felt it would be a great Christmas present. However I needed it to arrive to me in Vancouver on time for my flight to Europe. The price at DR was very competitive so I placed the order and casually inquired on the order if they thought 10 days would be enough time. I didn't necessarily expect any sort of meaningful reply as I had already placed the order.
To my surprise, I received a personal text from Alex. He and I ran an SMS conversation where he thought we should be ok, but he would ensure a rush and special attention would be given to my order. He made sure to keep me informed.
Indeed the item arrived with a couple of days to spare and in excellent/perfect condition, exactly as promised. And I was able to surprise my son-in-law with his present on Christmas.
Thank you Alex and your team for your care and attention. It was sincerely appreciated. I have and will continue to recommend your company to the enthusiasts that I meet.

I was under the impression that one of the packages I had ordered never showed up. Upon letting them know, they launched an investigation immediately. Once they had confirmed that the package was in fact delivered, they offered to replace the item if it was stolen off my porch.
Turns out that someone in my household brought in both boxes, and accidentally stashed one in the back of one of our closets... That being said, knowing that if my package was stolen, that Disc Republic was willing to replace it really makes me feel like they care about their customers. I can't recommend buying from them enough!
