Every detail from the picking up of my brother in Toronto, bringing him to Kingston for cremation and filling out the paperwork was done efficiently and with care. A guide to Death Care in Ontario and a C.A.R.E. guide were also supplied. We couldn’t have asked for better service, especially during the Christmas season when there is a pandemic going on.

He made the whole process of losing our mother as smooth as it could be. We had issues with the newspaper publishing the obituary correctly and he went to bat (successfully) advocating for us to get it fixed quickly. He struck a perfect balance between being solemn when he needed to be, and having a light heart when it was appropriate as well. Im sure he hears this a lot - “hope I don’t have to see you again” but only because it’s never fun to lose a loved one. Next time we do lose a loved one in the Kingston area you can bet we’ll call him again. Highly Recommend! Thanks so much

He took care of everything for me even all the paper work that needs to be filled out. I would highly recommend him as during this sad time he really explains everything and never tried to up sell me on anything at all.
