★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five salons in the Greater Hamilton area completely ignored my pleas to help my 10 year old daughter comfortably transition into an extremely short cut. Not only did Diletti respond to my request immediately, they booked her in for the very next day. Alexandra was kind, comforting, non-judgmental and gave my daughter the punky, rock & roll pixie she has dreamed about for 6 months. Absolutely outstanding service all around. Can I give 10 out of 5 stars?!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Vanessa at the recommendation of my friend, she did not disappoint. The salon itself has such a great atmosphere, no one was rushing and everyone was relaxed and having a good time. Really enjoyed the throwback soundtrack that was playing. Thanks Vanessa, my hair feels so healthy and the colour is on point! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A family member recommended Diletti. Thank you! Alexandra listens, ask questions and gives her honest opinion on what you are considering. My hair has never looked better and I have never enjoyed it so much. She is an excellent hairdresser who cares and wants you to enjoy your hair, look great and feel great and such a lovely person who connects with others so naturally! There has to be trust with a hairdresser and she creates that. Aren't happy with your hair? Go to Diletti! I live in another region of Ontario and am in Hamilton temporarily. I am already creating a plan how to come back to get my hair done by Alexandra when I have to go back home! That is how amazing she is!
