★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely picky when it comes to getting my hair cut. I tried a handful of barbers in Stoney Creek and Fatim at Avant Garde in by far the best. He is diligent and gives a perfect cut every time. If you are looking for a proper fade, this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't a bad place to go. Very clean, very pleasant. Considering the issues I had while getting my hair cut, the barber who cut my hair did a good fade.
However, communication is not the most impressive, as we had gone because of a Facebook ad. The prices were really good on the ad, but there was an image of a design and the addition of a design was not a part of the offer, which the photo misrepresented. Also, they promised a free mask for each kid cut; they weren't expecting a teen and preteen that stand almost as tall as me.
Also, it seems that they favour males, but they are more than happy to cut for a female.

He is chammmmm and best guy. My best wishes to him and for his family. If you come to Avant Garde Hair Salon then you never regret like me because he is the best and number one choice to have your barber in the town. Bravooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Barber , Stylist etc . Punctual , always good conversation and takes pride in what he does . Hard to believe you can get a world class cut for such a low price . No hesitation to go to Fitim if you want the Best !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitim reminds me of my grandfather who recently passed away, they know the perfect advice and guidance to give when I'm feeling down or losing confidence in myself. There has never been a single time in my 2 years of coming to this location that I did not leave feeling like I gained confidence in my looks and gained a better insight into the people around me. The quality of service you will receive at this location will make you want to come back again and again. My go to barber in Stoney Creek.
