K	Ken Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! The owner appears to have severe mental issues. I brought my vehicle in for a wash. The owner appeared to I have waited until I put my money in the machine and sprayed down the front of my truck for bugs. He came out of the office and started screaming and yelling that we were not allowed to use Spray Nine. It wasn't the product that we were using but that wasn't the point. He called us names and was very disrespectful. The facilities are great but this review doesn't even deserve one star because of the owner.
K	K Whit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well...we used to like this car wash and used it everytime we came to Saskatoon but today will be the last for us. My husband was using a hand mitt to wash the mirrors and windows as the last time here we got scratches from a pebble caught in the brush.... the 'owner'... apparently....came out and very aggressively told my husband he was not allowed to use it and if he wanted to, to wash the van at home!!.... Well pardon us! I guess we will....or use any other car wash in the city! There was absolutely no call for the attitude with which he approached my husband and was very unprofessional! My husband has also noticed that you now receive less time for your money then you used to. If you do use this car wash be sure to rinse the brush prior to use as we have learned the hard way! and apparently hope that you never have cause to deal with the owner!

He’s going to yell at the wrong person and get what’s coming. Karma is great that way. This guy is next level rude. What business owner or manager yells at customers for such minor stuff.

I found 2 loonies to try and finish rinsing my vehicle and the machine took those as well with nothing. Googled the car wash to call someone and they don't even have a number, but other car washes do. So not impressed. I left a note and I received a call back and was reimbursed. That's good customer service. ?
F	Fly Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this a carwash for at least 20 years and never had an issue till today, long time customer. I own a black truck and wipe the truck down after the soap wash to get the film off and then rinse and wax after that. Well the owner now I'm guessing the "son" came out to say that they don't allow hand washing.... So I dropped in my last $2.00 they will ever see and finished a quick rinse after the soap. I was going to spend another $10.00 to finish the job but that won't be happening. Maybe the father can talk some sense into the kid so that he doesn't run that business into the ground but by the reviews here he already has. Lots of other car washes that allow your to actually wash your car so go there. By BY!
