★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor equality of some product, I bought chickenmesh, it was so rusty and it was alike garbage. Moreover,I waited 45 minutes to get it. I reckon, you have to upgrade your catalog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s ridiculous how long you have to wait to get your supplies. You’re better off going somewhere else for small orders. I highly suggest avoid this place unless you want to wait over an hour for your materials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a customer, but I was appalled by their truck driving on Trans Canada this morning. They were tailgating so close to a motorcyclist and driving very aggressively. Could have killed someone. Never left a review simply based on one's driving, but it was horrifying. Not a good idea to drive like that, but especially when you have the company logo on the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good selection and good product. But the customer experience is always very challenging. Certainly not catered to the residential customer. For the smoothest experience make sure you know exactly what it is that you want ahead of time. And be prepared to wait. It will always take considerably longer than you expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disastrous and messy yard. Poor organization. Garbage everywhere. A lot of the yard is hard to drive and maneuver around as there is wood, lumber wrap, metal bands and garbage everywhere. The yard guys there care more about being on their phone and doing as little work as humanly possible and walk around slow as molasses and take the long ways around. Honestly don't come here, it's not worth your time. This place needs a yard management overhaul.
