K	K Billington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fun to chat with. Bob is hard of hearing so if you "feel ignored" speak up!! The rest of the drivers are always willing.to help carry groceries or whatever. Yes sometimes there is a wait,but if you KNOW U HAVE TO E SOMEWHERE AT 825am, then call at 730am.and ask for a booked ride You ppl male it seem like bloody rocket science.

Called a cab to come pick up my grandma who has a walker and needs to be picked up out at my backalley (as I stated that she can't do stairs); I made it clear that she needed to be picked up out back where the alley is, with the only parking spot there is. We waited and watched out for a cab to show up. Finally over 50 minutes later, I call to ask if there is a cab still coming, the same lady on the phone, very rude, says that they should be pulling up any second now. Another 15 minutes go by and finally a cab, with zero intention to stop for anyone, flies by through the back alley and doesn't slow down to look for someone to be picked up. It's the middle of winter, she isn't going to stand outside the whole time waiting for a cab. I call back to inform them that we are still waiting after an hour now and the same rude lady on the phone said that they had already came and no one was there so they left. Sure we had seen a cab come to the back alley but he didn't stop once. A phone call would've been nice to say that they weren't going to come at all after that. I had to ask them to send another cab for her and we had to continue the wait. Not impressed at all with this taxi service! Just terrible!

Smell stayed on my clothes after I left the cab. Took almost an hour for it to show up. Only company Ive seen have one car on shift for new years( last year) would NOT RECOMMEND.

Either this lady is racist or she’s just outright rude. Nothing will change because it’s probably a family business so save yourself the hassle and call another taxi. Imagine a taxi business that doesn’t contact you when they arrive or ask for your contact so they can reach out. Total caricature of
K	Kolby Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Little Chicago first because I’ve heard nothing but good things about them, they didn’t have any cabs. Amils/Diamond was the only place left to call, so I did. This company is either an EXTREME hit and miss but the experience I had was nothing but 5 star. The lady on the phone was very very friendly and joked around a little bit about my street address. The cab showed up exactly on time @ 10:30am. Driver lady was very nice and quite friendly, cab was clean. The price was expensive but no cabs are cheap these days. I don’t know about the rest of these 1-star reviewers but my experience/ride was nothing but excellent. I’ll call again the odd time I need a ride!

If you are planning on getting to work on time in the AM so not use them . After waiting over an hour the lady said “he was just there and it was pitch black “ I was literally looking out my window with porch light on for the last hour . He was not there . I understand shift change and getting stuck , car issues etc . But this isn’t the first time it’s happened . I’ve had to close my bar at 12 before covid and would sit there waiting for an hour or 2 . Lucky if I got home by 2 . So they have been awful for years . Hopefully my work finds a different company to do a contract with because they don’t deserve the business.
