K	Kateryn Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night, I lost my phone and I tried to get in touch with someone from Diamond Taxi in order to retrieve some information. I called to ask if they can track down the driver. It has been more than 24 hours and the cab driver apparently still hasn't returned the call to see if there were any phones left behind. Probably the worst service I've ever received from a lady on the phone. Who ever is working the shift tonight is extremely rude, and does not care about customers.

I had knee surgery a few weeks ago and my cab driver was nice and helped me get in because I couldnt do it on my own the driver was okay but he started the meter before we even left my drive way. I ignored that since he tried to be nice and ask me how I felt throughout out the ride but everything went downhill when we got to my destination. He asked me to make a 14$ trip to flat 20$ which is ridiculous! So I told him 17$ total is what ill pay, he then proceeded with the transaction so quickly that I never saw how much he actually put in. Turns out I got charged 19.25$! Furious, I emailed them telling them I did not feel that it was morally nor ethically fair to overcharge someone with a disability (temporary or not) and to be honest I felt discriminated against. Why would someone honestly take advantage of disabled girl let alone person. They still haven't replied or tried to do anything to resolve what happened; yes 5.25$ is not that much but in all honesty this company should be charged with discrimination because I can bet they have and will continue to do this to vulnerable people.

Called at this terrible company at 5:20 am and explained I am going far from my house and going to work (Scarborough to St Andrews station downtown Toronto). Everything was fine and said he was on the way. So I go downstairs and end up waiting 25 minutes and can't get through so I call another company because I cannot wait any longer at this point I'm running late. I call crown and he arrives within 1 min and we go on our way. 10 minutes into being in the crown cab the other Company diamond finally calls back saying he is going to be there in 1 minute. At this point I'm upset and feel my time has been wasted, I explain to her that they took way too long and that I called someone else, she started giving me attitude asking me what my problem was in a Loud voice, she then started saying how it doesn't matter because she is calling me now. I then explained thay you cannot just have someone waiting around for a total of 35 min when they have to go to work and they knew that. No one called me to let me know how long it would actually take. I will never take this company again. I always take uber and didn't have money in account this day so I went with a cab company. Big mistake. Thanks for wasting my time.

M	Matthew Grieder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Diamond Taxi everyday for a week now to get my grandmother to and from her radiation treatments. Today, they showed up at a time I did not schedule, I clearly specified 11:50 and dispatch told me they already came this morning. So I had to get a cab sent back and it took an hour. My grandmother was late for her treatment and it was a waste of a trip. Never using again and I am so upset that cancer patients don’t matter to these people. Avoid at all costs.

Last evening, my wife and I became tired from walking and stopped at an intersection just past the Roger's centre. I kindly asked for an ETA and was told 15 minutes. Our driver was very courteous. Full marks guys!
M	Marc Dona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I’ve unfortunately had to take this cab company. Both drivers were reckless swerving in and out of traffic, car is in poor shape, filthy and smells horrible. No Covid protocols taken no mask and divider was falling apart.

The night supervisor seemed that all these errors were acceptable. When did you get so messed up Diamond Taxi and why did send me a Beck taxi?
