K	Kevin Atkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a bunch of thieves and pry other most valuable as my partner is in an electric wheelchair and has to go to dialysis three days a week. Instead of using the meter like any other cab company does they want to charge a flat rate of $30 per trip and when you use the meter then the ride is $10 - $13. Very unprofessional thieves and don't care who can afford it or not ....as you see all of them get a cut from over charging there customers just because they don't want to deal with the handicap because they a worthless. DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE OR THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AS WELL.

R	Rick Lempera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged 5:45am pickup last night for a flight this AM. Called at 5:15am to confirm it will be on time, dispatcher. I get a call at 5:48 car will be there in 10. Car shows up 6:03am, two non-functioning seatbelts for my kids, dirty TH cup in the cup holder. These guys are awful and unreliable.
J	Juleeya Daly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on my experience of nearly being run into on the highway by one of these drivers and then watching them nearly killing [the occupants] of 3 cars ahead of me. Driving at least 150, hazards on, weaving in and out of traffic, and moving in between cars on the dotted line. If I had been able to get the license or car number, I would have called the police. I was barely able to get the first numbers of the phone number which is how I knew it was Crown. This person should NOT have a license.
D	Donavan LoForte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frightening as heck. I walk with an assistive device flagged a cab, it was Co-op/crown. I put my mask on properly and then grabbed the handle to open the door only for him to pull away with my hand stuck in the handle. I screamed & he stopped. With the door open I tried to get in and he then says "I gotta pick up" (although I flagged him down & he stopped for me & then for no reason took off. I didn't do anything wrong I hailed a cab and it happened to be CO-OP. I called them to let them know about the situation and she responded "Call the Police" Not our problem. WOW!! Like that didn't occur to me. The point was to let the company know so they can retrain some drivers and staff about customer service etc BUT THEY DON'T CARE FOR OUR BUSINESS.
J	Judy Ness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable!! Ordered cab day before for 8am and was told they would arrive a few mins before. At 8:05 called to find out where they were and was told someone would come soon. 15 mins later called again and was told there is NO guarantee that a car will arrive at a pre scheduled time. Car arrived 30 mins late. Not acceptable.
