★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nonsense 2/2. Both times the ticket person entered my license plate incorrectly put in O’s instead of Zero’s, without thinking they could be zeros, and spending a little bit of time inputting zeros as well...so I had to waste my time being on hold and calling in to fix their error.
That’s not even the worst part...my biggest issue was when I called to get my ticket voided,
Then conversation got raised and I asked again.
the gal I spoke to said thank you for your feed back your ticket was voided and hung up on me.
I wonder how long they can keep pulling off this fantastic service.
