J'ai attendu qu'il sorte pour lui demander si c'était bien la bonne adresse. Il m'a répondu "Nous sommes fermé." J'avais remarqué... J'ai voulu tout de même m'assurer que j'était bien au bon endroit même si l'endroit était "fermé" avant l'heure annoncée... Toujours la même réponse...Je ne sais toujours pas si je dois me présenter là pour récupérer un colis, si je vais encore arriver devant une porte verrouillée ou si je vais avoir à prendre congé du travail pour être certain de récupérer mon colis. Bref, personne mesquine qui ne daigne même pas prendre 30 secondes de son temps pour m'informer. DHL vérifiez à qui vous confiez vos points de service!
