This place is great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Service went out of their way to help me quickly when they didn't have to. Sales, service, parts it's all good. Bought 2 of my bikes here and no complaints.

Purchased a XSR900 from Ross. Because of covid I was able to do everything virtually which was super convenient. Ross was polite, took his time and didn't pressure me like I found a few dealerships did. The other fellow working there and the lady at the finance department were nice to deal with too. I would definitely recommend Ross and the dealership.

What an unprofessional place with zero customer service or acceptance of responsibility. I had a wakeboard tower installed by these guys. They quoted me 3-4 hours to do the work. I get a phone call the next day saying it will be more like 7-8 hours. So, double the price. I tell them I will take my boat back and they say they already have 3 hours of labour done. Pretty terrible customer service to not let me know it will be $1000 not $500 before starting it. So I tell them to just do it. I was supposed to have it back for Canada day but they didn’t finish it and told me end of the day on the 30th. Then they said Friday I can pick it up end of the day but cancelled and I had to leave it there all weekend. I was disappointed but I said no problem because I wanted to ensure it was done properly. I go to pick it up and the tower and the Bimini top is installed. Nobody bothered to show me how it worked or anything about it. I finally get their passive aggressive tech to show me how to fold it down. I ask how to fold the Bimini down and he says you can’t. He is Wrong. Just want to get rid of me. So Tyler, who is the guy that works at the desk, and I YouTube how to fold up the Bimini to trailer it. He says it’s good to go. I leave and while driving the canvas comes apart and rips to shreds. I look online and there was a stow away bag that it folds into for trailering. I look in the boat and their tech had put this under one of the seats. They refused to replace the cover. They were very rude with me and accepted no responsibility. When I told them I’d be sharing my experience online and suing them in small claims court they offered me $200. This canvas is back ordered and Is over $800 USD. I did not accept it. This would not have happened if the tech didn’t hide essential pieces that were provided for trailering with the Bimini and if they cared enough to show me how it works. They said we do the install you need to figure out how it’s works. What a joke! If I get an audio system installed does the installer say here’s your let’s figure it out? No, that’s ridiculous. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered in my life. I will not be going back except to serve papers. To top it off, I go out wakeboarding yesterday and it was so loose it could have ripped off abs killed someone. I had to go back to the dock to get my tools to tighten the bolts abs Allen keys which I could turn with my bare hands how they gave it to me. So careless. Between the cover flying off on the road and the tower being installed half asked at best, it’s a miracle nobody was seriously hurt or killed or vehicles crashed. Yet replacing the cover to them seemed unfair. Do not trust these people with your things. They don’t care and they are putting lives at risk. If that tower came off and landed on my family they would sure care. It’s a shame that’s what it will take to open their eyes. I tell this to mike the manager but he interrupts me halfway through every sentence. I’ll be letting the judge decide who is in the wrong here. The installers or the guy that paid $1128 to have installed cause I didn’t know anything about them? I’m sure there will be a response on here from them. It will probably say, β€œit was an aftermarket tower and we just installed it” but they supply these exact same towers and install them. Everything they say is just an excuse to avoid remediating the situation. No option for zero stars unfortunately

I can't say enough good things about Mike and the Peterborough team. I was considering a Grizzly 700 EPS and Mike was able to answer all of my questions promptly and with clear knowledge and understanding. I had been told by another dealer (not DeWilt, a Dunfords) that I wouldn't be able to secure a machine this year and Dunfords wouldn't even take a deposit. Well, Mike to the rescue! He set a realistic timeline for when I could expect the machine and I was flabbergasted when instead of 8 weeks I only waited 3 days. This guy can work miracles, I'm telling you! When I went in to pick it up I was greeted by professional and friendly staff, and Mike walked me through everything I needed to know, even going so far as to trailer the bike for me. I will absolutely be a returning customer and I recommend you give Mike a call for any of your powersports needs! PS The Grizzly 700 EPS officially kicks A$$, WOW!

These guys (Ross & Ty) can’t even do an oil change in a week, or return a call. The season is short-we need prompt service; it’s just an oil change. This is not the first time. We won’t be coming back.

Picked up a new Grizzly 700 yesterday (1/28/22), wanted to acknowledge the professional level of service that we received. From beginning to end, all questions were answered well, machine arrived before it was expected and was kept up to date of everything without having to ask. Thanks again Ross for the great service.

Got in touch with Sean at the dealer a while ago regarding purchasing a ATV. I had a few calls with Sean to discuss the Unit, options and features and he was willing to take the time to discuss it all in detail not really knowing if we would purchase with him. He provided information and was very understanding of timing and was willing to hear and consider what we were looking for. Sean called me and let me know the min it came in which actually came earlier than expected. So we were pleasantly surprised to get this call. Sean was more than accommodating setting up pick up times, and the finance Dept was more than willing to work with us in setting up payments. Going to the dealership at pick up, everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Sean answered all my questions and took more time to show us all the features of the machine and ensured we were completely comfortable and satisfied that we knew the functions of the machine before we left. Thanks so much! We love our new toy. I would highly recommend this dealer and Sean to anyone looking to purchase in the future. We definitely will go back!
