Devon Registries & Insurance opened in 2000 by Deanna VanEmber. Deanna has worked in the Registries & Insurance for over 21 years and prides herself in providing the best customer service to all her clients and staff.
We take pride in the high level of service that our dedicated and experienced staff provide. We strive to be an industry leader through hard work and commitment from every employee, which in turn keeps our customers loyal.
As a licensed insurance broker and authorized agent of Alberta Registry, our accredited staff offers a complete line of registry and insurance services.
We are proud to be apart of the Devon community. We are active members of the Devon Chamber of Commerce and participate in events hosted by the Devon Chamber of Commerce as well as the Hospital Foundation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a fan of this social distance bs 6 people allowed in the building at a time so waiting outside is insane. The seniors have no where to keep cool and its not the registries fault they are just abiding by the new rules. The ladies and gentlemen that work here are all friendly fast and efficient. Great atmosphere!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son here for his road test. The office staff was friendly, but the lady that did the road test was not. She was not even polite. It's tough for young people to get in the car with a person like this to do something they are already nervous about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parked in the parking lot that this business shares with other businesses and a staff member decided to block us in claiming it was for staff parking only. There is not one sign stating this and when this was pointed out to the staff member, she claimed it wasn’t her car, she was just moving it for the owner. Rrrrrright! Another staff member tried to tell the owner of another business that her customers shouldn’t park in that parking lot. Sorry Devon Registries, if you truly have staff parking privileges there, you need to have appropriate signage. Completely unacceptable to block in other vehicles including a mother and her 2 young children and the for the staff to not only be rude but unapologetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I called to confirm information regarding a remote drivers license renewal to make sure that what I had found on the government of Alberta website was correct. The agent at Devon registries told me what I was doing was wrong and proceeded to redirect me with incorrect information and were very rude about it saying that I should be happy that a remote renewal is even an option. I ended up calling a different registry agent who was VERY helpful and they guided me back to the information that I had originally found and confirmed that the information Devon Registries gave me was not accurate. I highly recommend Strathcona Registries instead if you are looking for an alternative with far better customer service.
