The installer was so professional and courteous. Spent a few minutes each day to explain what he would be doing for the day and keeping us updated while he was working. There was never a mess left behind, and he was so careful with using drop cloths to protect our floors. The bathroom is unbelievably gorgeous, now! The grout lines are so even and consistent, the tiles are immaculate. 100% recommend Design Flooring. I will certainly be a repeat customer. It’s so rare and refreshing to get this level of customer service. They really take the time and effort to make sure everything is done correctly - simply amazing experience!
