I used a Groupon for thermage.Thai is very gentle and explains the procedure .It is a clean space.She is an expert at what she does.Easy to get to only one street over from Mount Royal metro.I just had my second treatment and my skin is thanking me .It is supple and some lines seem to be harder to see.Nwxt step microblading.

I paid for a thermage treatment around thé eyes but she just did under eyes and no in my eyelids that is what i went for when i ask her why she didnt do thé upperlids she said she did but is not true i took pictures thé one i went is in mt royal metro never again

Horrible service do not waste your money. I bought a groupon with the company and have had an awful experience. First of all the company can only communicate in French. The receptionist does not understand ANY English. If you can not speak French you will not be able to make an Appointment. The groupon I bought was for the Laval location. I made the appointment for IPL at this location 3 weeks before. The Laval location is not easily found and had no signs due to it being newly opened. Appointment #1: When I arrrived the technician asked me to fill out a form which was for microblading. I explained to her I was not there for microblading. She said the receptionist must have made a mistake and that they did not offer IPL this day. I left with no treatment and called the receptionist to explain the situation. She told me that it was a misunderstanding because my French was poor. I bite my tongue and gave them another chance. Appointment #2: the technician was good and professional but told me my groupon did not cover the full bikini while I was pretty much naked on the table. She said she wouldn't be able to complete the treatment without me paying for another area. I told her I was 99% sure it did but she said there is no way and i needed to pay if I wanted it done. I paid and double checked my groupon when I got home. Full bikini was in fact included. Called the receptionist who asked me to send in proof. I sent it in and heard nothing back for 1 week. I called back to see what was going on and she was very rude and told me the chèque was in the mail. Appointment #3: they lost my folder and the technician said they wouldn't be able to do the treatment. I asked her to locate it because I had already come once and they couldn't offer me the treatment. After 25mins the girl said it was located and that I had made my appointment at the Montreal location (which I did not). This technician was not confident and did not appear to know what she was doing. After I expressed my frustration with the disorganization if the company she told me her boss would call me. She never did. Appointment #4: made my appointment 3 weeks in advance. Got a call the day before stating the appointment would not work and I would need to change it for another day and time. Completely frustrated I expressed my dissatisfaction and told the receptionist I would like to speak with the boss. She was rude and told me that she doesn't give her # out and that she would call me when she is available. She also told me that the issues that had come up were due to the miscommunications with my poor French. Call (dermka clinik boss): refused to speak English. Told me she never deals with costumer issues because the company never has any and that I was just Unlucky. Offered to add an area of IPL (toes). I told her I was extremely unhappy with the service and would appreciate a refund. She told me she would get back to me in 48hr after she spoke to groupon. 1 week later I receive a call: she can not give me a complete refund but can give me the remainder of the money with the treatments deducted. I took this just so I wouldn't EVER have to waste my time with this place again. Absolutely HORRIBLE! The owner actually called me after I wrote this same review on their Facebook page. they have a review section but do not want the truth to be exposed. Extremely unprofessional.

Great service with affordable prices. I'm doing 6 microdermabrasion treatments & Thermage. After only 2 my skin is already glowing. I can't wait to see the results when I'm done! Very convenient that they are open late 5 days a week.

Christina, is the best, great treatment worth the money what an asset for this company, she is so professional knows her products if you go there only take app with her. I bought many treatments in the beginning, if it was not for Christina I would not have returned.

Mirka at Dermka Clinik in Pointe-Claire was simply amazing. From the first consultation until my last appointment she made me feel comfortable and in professional hands. I had three sessions of microneedling and was super satisfied with the results. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent service and results.

went to Westmount clinic. woman pulled on my eyelids with an instrument and heat to the point that I have a permanent loose skin pocket. The company refuse to take responsibility. Be careful!!
