I’ve used Derek to both sell and purchase homes. He stands out from many of my previous experiences with realtors. Derek puts considerable time into ensuring that his clients interests are fully supported. For example, if you buy or sell a strata property, he will read the minutes of strata council meetings, catalogue them to ensure that he does not miss any and then log any problem areas or trending concerns and discuss any items with you. When i sold my last home, Derek spent hours creating a market based assessment spreadsheet of similar recent sales in order to determine the market value allowing me to make a fully informed decision. This far exceeds the “ball park” guess that I’ve experienced in the past with realtors. I will happily use Derek again.
