★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheryl helped us purchase our new home in Courtenay. She was very responsive to all of our queries, as we were nervous about buying during the pandemic , especially since we were living on he mainland. She was ethical, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. We just moved on a couple of days ago, and she has already checked in with us, and happily let me pick her brain about best restaurants & driving routes.
