K	Kymberley Fontaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très très mauvaise expérience avec la compagnie les vendeurs ne connaisse pas les produits et vende n importe quoi pour faire de l argent j’ai acheter une vapoteuse aspire pockex avec un embout mais après m’avoir charger l embout il nous a dis que ça fonctionnerais pas avec la vapoteuse acheter il m’a rembourser après avoir déjà payer avec une bouteille de liquide qui est trop fort pour moi donc j’ai perdu la valeur de l embout car je ne peu vapoter avec du 6mg ensuite j’ai échapper la vapoteuse qui était debout sur ma table et la vitre a briser j’ai appeler pour la faire changer mais il mon fais comme réponse que La compagnie aspire pockex ne fesait pas de rechange pour la vitre et qu’il fallait en acheter une toute nouvelle vapoteuse après avoir appeler ailleurs chez ( LA VAPE DU NORD ) j’ai su que je pouvais juste changer la vitre comparée à ce que disait capitaine vape j’ai voulu changer la bouteille de liquide mais il veule pas car elle est ouverte mais c’est le vendeur qui a lui même ouvert la bouteille pour me faire sentir donc j’ai perdu mon argent encore une seconde fois. Il m’ont vendu un réservoir en me disant que c’etais capitaine vape qui on créé ce réservoir de marque (free Max) quand ce n’est pas vrai alors s’accorde des noms puis des point qui ne leur appartienne pas. 0 politesse dans leur façon de service le client. Dommage mes perte de 2 bons client futur. Mais par compte LA VAPE DU NORD on gagnée 2 bons clients futur ! Merci à la vape du nord pour ce bons service offert suite à c’est incident. Merci Kym F & Frederick F Very very bad experience with the company the sellers do not know the products and sell anything to make money I buy a vape sucks pockex with a tip but after loading the tip he told us that it would work not with the vapoteuse buy it will reimburse me after having already paid with a bottle of liquid which is too strong for me therefore I lost the value of the mouthpiece because I can not vape with 6mg then I escape the vapoteuse who was standing on my table and the glass to break I called to have it changed but my answer is that The company sucks pockex does not make replacement for the glass and that it was necessary to buy a brand new vape after having called elsewhere at (LA VAPE DU NORD) I knew that I could just change the glass compared to what captain vape said I wanted to change the bottle of liquid but he does not want because it is open but it was the seller who opened the bottle himself to make me feel so I lost my money a second time. They sold me a tank by telling me that it was captain vape who created this brand tank (free Max) when this is not true so agree names then points that do not belong to them. 0 politeness in their way of customer service. Too bad my loss of 2 good future customers. But per LA VAPE DU NORD account we won 2 good future customers! Thank you to the northern vape for this good service offered following this incident. Si les heures ont changé il serait bien de l’indiquer à quelque part. Opening time at 10 a.m., I stayed in the parking lot from 10 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. no sign of life…. If the hours have changed it would be good to indicate it somewhere.
