★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service dégeulasse, j’ai laisser ma télé en gage en parfaite état et ils me l’on remis avec une ligne dans l’écran ils m’on fait patientez 1 mois pour ce qu’ils disent être des « vérifications » par la suite le propriétaire ”marc” à osez me contacter pour m’offrir une télé comme la mienne à moitier prix!!!, bonnnnnnnnne Joke, ça n’a pas de sensé, n’aller jamais la!!!!
Service disgrace, I leave my telly in perfect condition and they gave me with a line in the screen they made me wait 1 month for what they say be "checks" thereafter the owner "marc" to dare to contact me to offer me a TV like mine half price !!!, bonnnnnnnnne Joke, it does not make sense, never go there !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle pourrie. On prend la peine d'appeler pour faire mettre de côté deux jeux qui viennent d'être ajoutés sur le site. Entre-temps, ils augmentent les prix, sous prétexte qu'il y avait une "erreur de prix" (sur plusieurs titres? Bien sûr...). De plus, un des titres réservés avait été vendu entre-temps. Nous avons pris la peine de réserver une voiture pour nous rendre au magasin puisque nous sommes à Montréal. Magasin à éviter si vous ne voulez pas vous faire niaiser et perdre votre temps par des commis au comportement et à l'attitude non professionnels. Cela donne une mauvaise image à l'ensemble de la chaîne de magasins Comptant.

All the employees had different stories in regards to why and how.
I’d like to point out for anyone looking here at the moment, there is no contractual clause you signed allowing them to charge clients fees during covid, therefore they are doing so unjustifiably and consumer protection laws are on your side.
I’d encourage you not to let it go simply because the fees are small and it’s ‘not worth wasting your day’ the more of us who fight them for screwing us over and taking advantage of a bad situation, the more likely they will learn to either make proper contracts, or learn to follow and comply the laws and standards set by consumer protection.
