Ce soir il ont refuser mes bouteilles parce qu'il était légèrement écrasés et qu'il avait peur de perdre 5 cent par manque de volume dans leur sacs... Resultat : jai été pogner de marcher plus de 1 km pour aller les échanger sans mes canne de marche avec mes douleurs.chronique.qui.sont pire.dans l'humidité de l'automne. Il me mentionne que le livreur retourne chez moi. Après 1heure 15 d’attente je recommunique au Dépanneur et il me mentionne que le patron va rappeler. Oui mais me mentionne qu’il croit son livreur . J’ai pas accusé le livreur mais blizzard et étrange qu’il n’a jamais revenu et que le patron ne doit pas faire la caisse en fin soirée. Surtout le simple 40.00 était pour la personne qui me transporte pour les traitements radiothérapie. Félicitation à se genre de personne qui existe de plus en plus. Tellement déçu et de peine. Yesterday I called for a delivery and collection of $ 40.00. I have not received the 40.00. I have called at least 3 times nothing to say to the manager. He mentions that the delivery man is returning to my house. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting I went back to the Dépanneur and he told me that the boss was going to call back. Yes, but mention to me that he believes his delivery man. I didn’t blame the delivery guy but blizzard and weird that he never came back and that the boss shouldn't checkout late at night. Especially the simple 40.00 was for the person transporting me for the radiotherapy treatments. Congratulations to this kind of person who exists more and more. So disappointed and sorry.

La dame mentionne que mon téléphone coupe , mais entend très bien lorsque je lui dis que ses impolie de raccrocher la ligne au nez des gens . Si tu veux pas faire ta job , démissionne a la place de repondre au client a moitier Very bad customer service, the delivery employee hangs up the phone, I had to call 5 times to ask a simple question. The lady mentions that my phone cuts out, but hears fine when I tell her that it's rude to hang up the line on people's faces. If you don't want to do your job, resign instead of answering the client halfway
