P	Patrick Renaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fais livrer une commande, puis le commis me rappel 20min plus tard me dire que la police bloque la rue et que le livreur n'est pas autorisé a passer. Finalement le commis me passe le livreur au téléphone, je lui dit que je suis au coin de la rue, et que c'est ouvert il y a absolument rien. Il me réponds que son Boss lui a dit que c'est trop loin et qu'il ne peut utiliser les trottoirs (changement d'histoire). Je lui demande alors si réellement il livre a pied ? Il me répond qu'il est en vélo. Je lui rappel donc que c'est illégal de rouler sur les trottoirs en vélo, et que Notre-Dame est ouvert. Il me répond qu'il y a du trafic. Je suis aller en 2min voir au bout de la rue, il y avais absolument rien, aucun trafic sur Notre-Dame (il a pas été voir, il est midi, aucun trafic). Quand j'ai appeler le café pour savoir ce qu'il se passe, un employé ma dit de venir chercher ma commande, sur un ton fort désagréable. Je lui ai formellement demandé le nom du propriétaire pour éffectuer une plainte et il a refusé de me donner son nom, et m'a raccrocher la ligne au nez. L'employé en question ce nomme Denis. Le propriétaire est YOUSSEF, TALAL et j'aimerais bien qu'on donne suite a cette évènements fort désagréable, car se n'est pas la première fois qu'un traitement semblable arrive a cette endroit. I have an order delivered, then the clerk reminds me 20 minutes later telling me that the police are blocking the street and that the delivery man is not allowed to pass. Finally the clerk hands me the delivery man on the phone, I tell him that I'm around the corner, and that it's open there is absolutely nothing. He replied that his Boss told him that it was too far and that he could not use the sidewalks (change of story). I then ask him if he really delivers on foot? He replied that he was on a bicycle. I remind him that it is illegal to ride on the sidewalks by bike, and that Notre-Dame is open. He replied that there was traffic. I went in 2min to see at the end of the street, there was absolutely nothing, no traffic on Notre-Dame (it was not seen, it is noon, no traffic). When I called the cafe to find out what's going on, an employee told me to pick up my order, in a very rude tone. I formally asked him the name of the owner to make a complaint and he refused to give me his name, and hung up on me. The employee in question names Denis. The owner is YOUSSEF, TALAL and I would like us to follow up on this very unpleasant event, because it is not the first time that a similar treatment has arrived at this place.
