★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked that an older woman behind the counter started to raise her voice, was rude and childish.( I was always calm and respectful) more than once because I did not want to pay a fee for charging my opus card even though I was buying other items in the store. ( She said yelling that it was just a 25 cent charge. I thought it was interesting she was so upset over the 25 cents myself. )? She even told me to put back the items I was going to pay for!!! This isn't the first time I saw this lady "not happy" with a client. Someone in charge should really speak to this woman about her manners. Certainly not appropriate behavior for an employee. They should be downright emarrassed.

The young lady behind the counter ( Alexa) was really friendly and helped suggest other places that may have what I was looking for. Her manager Shelye even got in on it! Honestly best spot to go for anything you need. Very welcoming energy! Keep it up
