★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge fan of Dr Friedman, my hygienist Stacy, and the rest of the team at Dentistry on Wellington. They are super friendly, great sense humour, kind, take their time to explain things, gentle, and don’t push for unnecessary care. As a result, I’ve now been a client for over 20 years, even though I live an hour drive away, and in the past, even more! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I entered Dentistry on Wellington years ago, I was received by the kindest, most honest and reliable group of people. The staff are so friendly and thorough in their work. I hesitated to go back during the pandemic, but some tooth pain sent me in to the dentist. Dr. Thapar and his team took great care of me and I felt so safe with the protocols that they have in place. Every treatment room is enclosed with a glass door and there is no waiting around in the waiting room, they have all appointments spaced out. I must add that the renovations and expansion of the clinic are absolutely beautiful and were a pleasant surprise! I recommend Dentistry on Wellington to any and all for all of your dental needs. They have started an Orthodontics program and offer traditional braces and Invisalign now, so I will be bringing my son for a complimentary consultation. Thanks again to Laura for her friendly smile and Dr. Thapar and Joan for their gentle and thorough care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this downtown dental practice. Where else can you gaze at the iconic flatiron building during a filling? Views aside, Peter is a great dentist: very considerate, providing lots of facts so you can decide the best treatment plan, never pushy like some other dental practices. He has a few new associates who I don't know as well, but they seem great too. Laura at the front desk keeps that ship on course, doing her best to get you into the chair on time. She is also fantastic on the phone if you ever have any dental issues, and she goes the extra mile in arranging appointments to suit your schedule. The two hygienists are effective, efficient and very friendly. Never dread another dental appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before today, I never thought there would come a day when I would look forward to my dental appointment. Boy, am I glad I found them on Google! From the very first call, Raven was cheery and helpful and though I was unsuccessful trying my luck by asking for a same-day appointment, she put me on the waiting list for cancellations and called me back with a slot within a few days!
From my first step into the clinic when Rachel and Raven welcomed me by name, to the friendly banter shared by Shelly my dental hygienist and Dr Ali my dentist, to Laura who wrapped up my visit, I’ve never had a more… dare I say, enjoyable experience at the dentist’s!
The decor is understated, tasteful and more importantly, cosy and welcoming - from the fireplace ‘effect’ to the hello kitty gargle paper cups and played a huge part in making me feel at ease. Opening till 7pm to accommodate office workers is a big plus too!
Kudos to the team!
I think I’ve found my new family dental clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recommended Dentistry On Wellington to everyone I know multiple times. Seriously, people simply have to mention a slight tooth ache and I regale them with stories of how wonderful this place is, how amazing the staff is, how fabulous the office is. I can't compliment this practice enough; they deserve more than five stars. What makes me qualified to offer an opinion on dentistry? Good question. I've had more than my share of scary (I mean, truly terrifying) dental experiences in the past including several surgeries (still haunted by those grafts and stitches plus trying to eat with a straw for a week). How fantastic is Dentistry on Wellington? I asked my wonderful dentist in Terminal city to recommend someone in Hogtown because I was making the big move back to my hometown, and he gave me one name, Dr. Peter Friedman, another wonderful dentist. That was 11 years ago. It should not have taken me this long to leave a review, but why listen to moi? Trust me, you'll always leave with a smile (even if it's a partially frozen one from a cavity filling) and your teeth will thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to a lot of dentists and have had bad and mediocre experiences. I’ve never been a returning patient to any dental clinic until now! Dentistry on Wellington was great. The hygienist was so friendly and did an amazing job on my X-rays and I had the most pleasant cleaning. Very professional, helpful, and honest.
