Right from the front door reception, cleaning , exam....and dentist. I feel I made a great choice. I look forward to many years of teeth care from this crew of dental superstars.

I've had some very bad experiences across several ortho practices, ranging from insults to gaslighting to forcing unnecessary surgeries, so I tend to go into places hoping for the best and expecting the worst. I ended up not only having all my needs met and validated, but also getting along really well with the staff. I get my hardware soon and can't review that just yet, but my exam was a super positive experience, and I'll be recommending Dentistry on Queen to absolutely everyone who will listen!!

S	Steve Nishida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bummed to be giving this rating as everyone is very nice at this location, but the office wasn't able to track my insurance properly, and I ended up having to pay in full during my last visit. Normally they would reach out to reschedule or do a pre-determination knowing my insurance wouldn't cover it, but they did not and I ended up paying $200 only a couple weeks before my insurance resets. Partially my fault for not monitoring this myself, but all of my other dentists have been able to book my appointments according to the insurance schedule so I'm not charged in full. Sad to leave them, but this is table stakes for a dental office.

I really appreciated the before and after photos - my hygienist did a truly thorough job and it was amazing to see the difference in the photos.

I am extremely happy with my experience as always at Riverside Dental and Dentistry on Queen West . Staff were amazing and very friendly, make me feel very comfortable as always . The day I start my process it was fabulously amazing that Dr Arin and all the staff would absolutely mean to be perfect result on what they do. There are two different offices which is Dentistry On Queen West and Riverside Dental so you can choose to visit or will help you work with your schedule for your convenience . Dr Arin did all my front teeth . I love my teeth so much now . They look amazing . One thing which I really love to share with you guys is that this dental office does Crown in One visit instead of booking multiple. I love the fact that they have 3D Digital impression versus Traditional mold impression. If you have been searching for modern high tech dental office . This is the one you looking for . I am Totally ? satisfied and happy customer .Thank you Dr Arin and all the Staff members for giving me the best experience any customer could ask for.

After reading the positive reviews on here, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the experiences have been. I'm always greeted by a lovely front desk receptionist, get treated by a great hygienist, and have received both cleanings and fillings where I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Arin and his team even walked me through a solid dental treatment plan for the foreseeable future, which makes me so much more comfortable going in. If you're looking for a new dentist, I'd definitely recommend the Dentistry on Queen team.
