★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is, without a doubt, the best dentistry team I have ever had. I have lived in several cities and small towns with various dentists before coming to Gravenhurst. I have been in Gravenhurst for a number of years and have tried several dentists in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge over the years, but have never gotten over my fear of dentists and have had some very unpleasant experiences with two of the ones I have tried. Since this practice has become Dentistry in Gravenhurst, my husband has switched dentists to come here, and we are both convinced that the team here is the most thorough and the most caring of any we have had. We are so lucky to have a female dentist too -- she is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment on January 26th, 2021. I was pleased with the time line in getting in so quickly. However, I wasn't pleased with the results. I am a former dental assistant L(26 years) so I am familiar with what had to be done. I had two small fillings to be replaced - central & lateral. I was charged $630.00 ..... the charge for the fillings was acceptable and I knew I would need to have 1 PA....Dr. Goldberg came in to the room, took a five second look, told the assistant what was to be done and I was charged $140.00 for that 5 second exam. I did question this "exam" at the time, but, was told that was standard??? My husband called the next day and was told a "complete" exam was $146.00???? We also asked to have the doctor complete restoration after drilling, but, it was done by the assistant... NOT the doctor. The receptionist said she would get back to us, but, a week has now passed and no one has had the courtesy to respond. Even though there is a pandemic on and we will have to wait to hear back, I guess we will have to contact the ODA with regards to this charge.
I will, however, give them credit as they seem to be doing a good job regarding screening of COVID and the staff were very friendly. I am just disappointed with the response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Goldberg and his staff. I was experiencing pain in my tooth and they were able to see me right away. I was comfortable and pain free my entire visit, and I am a very anxious patient in all dentists offices. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Called with an emergency yesterday and they squeezed me in. I absolutely hate the dentist and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Great staff and service. Will actually go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 5 months in advance to make an Appt as a new customer and to also receive a cleaning during the same appt. The guy I talked to said not a prob, and to allow 2.5 hrs for the whole thing. Arrive at my appt, and I'm rudely told by the receptionist I need a mask. Not an issue at all, but post that on the front door ?
I fill out my new patient info and then get a very nice hygienist. The dentist comes in for maybe 3 minutes, looks around my mouth, says the exact same things as the hygienist said, then left. What a joke. The hygienist then says they'll see me another time for my cleaning. I explained I booked it all on 1 visit, and was told that was ok. After about 10 mins, she comes back and explains what will happen. I move rooms, and get a new hygienist. This hygienist was rushed (not her fault) she had to squeeze me in. This is the fault of the office. My mouth was butchered for almost an hour, and then told me I'd have to come back to finish.
If you're looking for the worst, most unorganized, most painful dentist, this is the place. The bill was north of $500 as well. I will never be back, and will never recommend this place. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.
