Dental Emergency Clinic

Went to the clinic on Saturday night. I was in excruciating pain. Dr Sou and his assistant were so caring and friendly. They took an x-ray and explained that I needed a root canal. The procedure was quick and I went home feeling no pain. Thank you Dr Sou and staff for staying past closing to help me. I am very grateful.

Great Experience at this clinic. I called and got a same day appointment . I didn't care that I had to drive all the way to Newmarket because I was in excruciating pain. I wish I could remember the day the dentist name because she was wonderful. She did the xray and explained what my options were and ended up pulling the tooth. Didn't try to upsell me on more expensive options that may or may not have worked. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs immediate dental treatments, even if it it's a bit of drive.

Absolutely amazing! I visited this emergency dentist on a Sunday with pain in my mouth that was worse than labour pains. I saw a female dentist and she was absolutely incredible. She was compassionate, kind and explained to me what was happening with my tooth. After going to a previous dentist (Friday before) and seeing a doctor in the emergency in the middle night, I finally got medication and painkills that gave me a lot of relief until I could see a specialist. Thank you so much I appreciate everything you do.

My mother sought treatment in this clinic a year ago, in the midst of the first lockdown. I was there with her for her first appointment, when she got a temporary filling. Because of the pandemic, it took 3 months until she could get an appointment for a permanent filling. I was not with her on the day of her second appointment, and her understanding of English in limited. Apparently, the doctor revealed that a filling may not be an adequate remedy and she would need to get root canal. Their notes read that she was presented with three options, to get permanent filling, root canal, or extraction of the tooth. Then it's claimed that she understood the condition of her tooth and the outcome of each option, and she decided to get filling anyway. Even though their OWN NOTES point that her English proficiency is clearly basic, they proceed with the treatment and make zero effort to make sure she is aware of the situation and her decision. They could have called me, they could have asked the help of another Persian who was working there, but no. She nodded along, so filling it is. She's having pain in that tooth right now, and her dentist said that this was clearly foreseeable at the time when she got the treatment. The doctor just didn't bother to inform her correctly. I have already called this clinic twice about this issue. The first time I had a very unpleasant conversation with an extremely disrespectful receptionist who kept repeating that "we're lucky it held up for 11 months" as if they did us a favor by giving the treatment. And the second time, the receptionist said she will talk to the manager and call me back by the end of that day. We're nearing a week and still no follow-up.

It's no secret. Everyone hates to go to the Dentist. I am one of those people and obviously because of what's going to happen. Anytime I need to visit the Dentist it's like pulling teeth.... pardon the pun lol. In all seriousness, Dr. Davenport and Rosemary were awesome. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. My experience was peaceful and calm through out the procedure. Thank you so much to all staff right from the beginning who were also very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Look, whomever is reading this doesn't know me, or you do, but in all honesty this Dental Emergency Clinic is highly recommended. I can keep going on but I say give them a go for your next dental care. Thanks to all once again. Cheers?

Everybody is very friendly, helpful and understanding. Excellent on every level. I do feel nervous at the dentists office, but when I mentioned this, every effort was made to make me feel comfortable and it worked. Thank you!

Well I have to say I’m scared of dentist’s since childhood ! I called on Saturday and explained my dilemma to the lady ( Rosemary ) on the phone she asked if I wanted to come in @ 7:30 pm that day . I knew they would be removing a tooth and i explained my fear . She advised me to come in Sunday Wow I was so glad she did ! The dentist was incredible made me feel I was in the right hands Dr Davenport was amazing !!!! Thank you Rosemary and Dr Davenport

The best place to have your dental needs. My husband had root canal problem, previously done by some other dentist. During holiday time most of the places are closed, we went were….the dentist took care of him very well. When you walk into the clinic itself you will notice.
