β β β β β My husband paid for a procedure there. The student did a bad job in one of his teeth. On the second visit the student was suppose to fix the previous job and do another procedure. After that my husband had 2 aching teeth. He called many times to ask for another appointment, so that someone could fix the problem. He tried to make an appointment but no one called him for 2 weeks. He called again and they said he had no appointment and asked if he wanted to see the same student . He said that no, the guy could not do a good job. They said that they were not able to help if he did not go back to the same student. He got upset and told them that he would go to a private clinic.
However, after thinking about it, he decided to call back cause he had paid money and they should fix the problem that they created. The receptionist refused to accept him back. She told him he should go to a private clinic because he had already said so and he was calling too often and bothering them. My husband asked to talk to a supervisor and the receptionist refused. She told him to file a form.
They really do not care if they messed up or if you are in pain. If you lost your money, is your problem too . And you should not bother them and call often. If you are in pain because of them is your problem.

β β β β β The students I had tried there best but never had time to finish what they started. Not students fault. But miss the tooth we were trying to save. They need more time per patient to complete the job.

β β β β β Great Customer Service. Friendly professional staff who assess you dental needs and determine if you would be a suitable patient for the student dentist. Prices are significantly cheaper however if you have insurance you are required to pay in full upfront and then you'll be reimbursed by you insurance company.

β β β β β You get what you pay for. If you go in expecting top tier dental work extra fast you've come to the wrong place. This is a student clinic that charges for the cost of the equipment. The students work hard to achieve their dreams but they're still learning. Give them time and you'll have a nice smile.
