I was pleased with the transition when Dr. Chow retired as I grew worried if we should look for something convenient and closer to home. However Dr. Quintrini was so very pleasant when we first met her and she made us feel comfortable, we never felt pressured to stay or do anything without being well informed by her and her team of all of our options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being referred to Dr Bachiu for our sons oral ties, I was nothing short of amazed at the experience we had at this dental office. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so incredibly kind and understanding. I had such a great experience with having our sons oral tie revised, I switched dentists. Everyone from the front desk staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and other dentists in the office are all so incredibly kind and caring. Everyones happy and says hi to you while you're waiting in the waiting room. It's honestly a treat to go to the dentist now for a checkup and cleaning!

They are kind, compassionate and make sure everyone understands and is comfortable with what is happening. My four year old daughter had 2 fillings filled and didn't feel one bit of pain! She was shown everything and had each tool explained in kid friendly language! I can't recommend this team enough!!!
