Impossible de faire honorer son contrat d'assurance dentaire, impossible de sauter une année de radiographies sans se la faire charger. Ils ont une promotion de référencement mais jamais réussi à l'obtenir. On en sort en ayant vraiment l'impression de s'être fait arnaquer. The worst customer service experience ever seen. No accommodation possible. Impossible to make honor his contract of dental insurance, impossible to skip a year of X-rays without being charged. They have a SEO promotion but never managed to get it. It comes out really having the impression of being ripped off.

J’adore aller me faire nettoyer les dents sur une chaise massage ( et oui la chaise masse le dos ) . Audrey l’assistante est merveilleuse . The clinic responded very well to my son's need for dental braces that were able to make his teeth perfect. I love going to have my teeth cleaned on a massage chair (and yes the chair massages my back). Audrey the assistant is wonderful.

C'est une belle surprise.) et une opération sans douleur. Si j'avais plus que 4 dents de sagesse à faire extraire, c'est à cette clinique que je retournerais! Merci à toute l'équipe. Appointment available quickly, professional and reassuring staff, modern facility, affordable costs (a quadruple extraction of wisdom teeth that even cost less than the estimate! It's a nice surprise.) And a pain-free operation. If I had more than 4 wisdom teeth to extract, this clinic I would return! Thanks to the whole team.

Elles prennent le temps de tout expliquer étape par étape et sont conciencieuses d offrir une expérience agréable et professionnelle. On se sent vraiment en confiance. La clinique est équipé des dernières technologies. Les prix sont semblables aux autres cliniques de Québec. En fait, j'ai trouvé ma nouvelle clinique dentaire! Mon seul regret est qu il n y a pas de plan de financement disponible avec accorD pour les montant de plus de 3000$... Ils sont avec banque nationale... Pour moi c est un gros point à considérer...
