★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad to have this facility in the West End – really great new space and I felt super safe with the covid protocols in place.
I've also yet to experience a better trainer than David – he's such a solid communicator and there's just no B-S with him. I've been seeing really good results and he really keeps me focused on good form so I'm confident when working out independently. Really good variety too so your whole body is getting attention. Keep it up guys!

After losing much of my strength largely due to inconsistent programs in the past, I am now the strongest I have ever been. David and Aimee have put together a wonderful boutique gym. It has a community feeling - warm, kind and welcoming, along with the feeling of a high-tech facility - all of the best and latest equipment you could ask for. The programming is well thought out, and you will get results at a reasonable price. David's coaching is the closest you will experience to Personal Training in a group class setting. He aims to understand each person's goals, abilities and activity level and coaches in a personalized way. I highly recommend this facility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently started to train at Denman Athletics and personal 1-1 training sessions with David Henderson the owner and lead coach at this gym. The gym is gorgeous and clean inside, lots of variety of equipment to train with. David has excellent communication, is very knowledable, friendly and encouraging. I have participated in a few of the group training sessions and they too are excellent. Although other members are also do the group training class, David makes sure we are all doing the exercises safely and no cheating ourselves out of a good hard workout. I can not recommend this gym enough. Cheers! KB
