She is very thoughtful and helped my family and I beat our 8 offers on a rental because she thought of including a family picture would resonate with the landlord and it worked! :) she even suggested booking another showing to show our daughters the home before the closing date. We couldn't be happier with her work and would definitely use her again in the future.

She organized all our viewings beautifully, took the time to get a feel for what we were looking for and to evaluate each house after each visit so she could see what we liked/didn't like, walked us through the purchasing process (first house!!!), and even wrote a letter for us to the previous owners when a second bid was placed!!! She is amazing and is a suuuuuper fun, kind person to hang out with while you're house-hunting! She's awesome!!!!!
