★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont fait une erreur en 2005 dans le certificat de localisation en ne mettant pas la servitude d'Hydro-Québec et maintenant, ils se lancent la balle entre eux et le notaire qui a approuvé la transaction en 2005 pour essayer de nous faire perdre patience et de laisser tomber les démarches, ce qui ne sera pas le cas.
They made a mistake in 2005 in the certificate of location by not putting the easement of Hydro-Quebec and now they are throwing the ball between them and the notary who approved the transaction in 2005 to try to make us lose patience and to drop the steps, which will not be the case.

Quand j'ai téléphoné, 2 semaines plus tard, pour savoir si mon dossier était ouvert, le personnel ne savait pas qui j'étais et aucun dossier n'était ouvert. Je leur ai dit que je ferais donc affaires avec une autre firme et de laissé tomber. Surprise ! 2 mois plus tard on m'a posté une facture de 250$ pour un service non-rendu. Vraiment cheap de leur part !
Really disappointed with their service and professionalism. When I called, 2 weeks later, to find out if my file was open, the staff did not know who I was and no file was open. I told them so I would do business with another firm and quit. Surprise! 2 months later I was mailed an invoice for $ 250 for a service not rendered. Really cheap from them!
