more expensive then competitors, but worst service very often dont come to clean in a morning, so you have to do it buy your self, customer service have no respect at all to customers.
And your reply is a complete lie. As I told you already the car was outside of parking lot. so not just doing your job bad that was you been paid for, but you are lying in front of all your existant and future clients. Shame!Shame!.
This really shows how you disrespect your clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have believed the reviews. Not sure it is the worst company in the whole wide world, but at least it is the worst on our street. It is Jan. 18th, after yesterday's storm, there are 5-6 different snow removal companies working on our crescent, most companies came twice, and 1 company came 3 times. But Salsbourg came only once as of the moment I took the below photo at around 7:30 am. We had to remove snow by our own to leave for school. As you can see on the photo, the neighbor's driveway has been cleaned at that time, after their 3rd visit.
The price is the most expensive by the way.
I will update the review after the end of the season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had hired Salzbourg snow removal to do her walks in Brossard, Que. She moved to Calgary in Oct 2021 and contacted them to ask that her post dated chqs were sent back to her as she was cancelling their service. (Due to the move)
She never received the chqs back in the mail-as promised-so she called them again in Nov 2021.
They assured her, that the chqs would be sent back to via mail. We have been waiting 4 months for the returned chqs and nothing. Today-we learned that post chqs had been cashed. As recently as Feb 15,2022. It appears that Salzbourg snow removal never intended to return the post dated chqs, but they did intend to cash them, even though a service was cancelled 5 months ago.
We want our 418$ back. And intend to pursue this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first year dealing with them for snow removal and I regret it. Since beginning of the winter they never respected their contact. The are supposed to come in the morning they never came, the come around 3-5 pm one time and the job is not done correctly. I do not recommend, I regret now living my other snow removal company that I was dealing with last year. The competition as already came 4 times and the came 1 time, but the charges the same price. J’ai fait une grosse erreur.
Aujourd’hui 25 février jour de tempête aucune visite, la compétition sont la. Ils sont enfin venu à 22:00
