★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ca fait plusieurs fois qu'on doit appeler et la ligne est toujours occupé. Des fois ils ne passent pas. Je crois qu'ils ont prit trop de contrats et ils ne peuvent pas fournir. Si ca ne s'améliore pas, on vas aller avec une autre compagnie l'an prochain.
 We have had to call several times and the line is always busy. Sometimes they don't pass. I believe they have taken too many contracts and they cannot supply. If it doesn't improve, we will go with another company next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passent très tard et parfois qu'une seule fois en journée de tempête. Et quand cette seule fois est faite à la va-vite, bien décevant. Quand tu paies et que tu dois pelleter toi-même, un gros bof!
Pass very late and sometimes only once in a stormy day. And when this one time is done in a hurry, very disappointing. When you pay and you have to shovel yourself, a big blah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plusieurs bris sur mon pavé d'entrée, ne répond pas aux appels et à plusieurs reprises, je n'ai pas pu entrer dans mon stationnement car il n'avait pas déneigé ou il déneige seulement le 3/4 de mon entré ce qui empiétait sur la place de ma deuxième voiture.
Très mauvais service.
Je le déconseille totalement, payé autant pour être obligé de déneiger moi même, c'est assez ordinaire.
Several breaks on my entry pad, do not answer calls and several times, I could not get into my parking because he had not plowed snow or it snowplows only 3/4 of my input which encroached on the square of my second car.
Very bad service.
I totally advise against it, paid so much to be forced to clear snow myself, it's pretty ordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Déneigement très tardif. Pour les premières neiges de l'année, notre entrée ne s'est jamais fait déneigé avant 16h. Inacceptable pour le prix payé. Partir tôt le matin durant un jour de tempête sans qu'il soit passé peut être comprenable, mais revenir en fin de journée pour voir qu'ils ne sont toujours pas passé est très décevant .Si les services s'améliore durant la saison, je modifierai l'avis, mais pour l'instant les services sont très tardif pour le prix payé.
Very late snow removal. For the first snows of the year, our driveway was never cleared of snow before 4 p.m. Unacceptable for the price paid. Leaving early in the morning on a stormy day without it having passed can be understandable, but coming back at the end of the day to see that they still have not passed is very disappointing. If the services improve during the season, I will modify the notice, but for now the services are very late for the price paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À éviter ci vous avez une entré en roche. Ils ont tellement grattée que le gazon est rendu en roche et que l'entrée n'est plus que de la terre. Ils devait venir tout remettre en place, jamais vue, mais ils ont vite enlevée les piket de déneigement. Le service n'est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix payée, surtout qu'ils augmente sans prévenir.
To avoid this you have a rock entry. They scraped so much that the grass is made of rock and the entrance is nothing more than earth. They had to put everything back in their place, never seen, but they quickly removed the snow plow. The service is absolutely not up to the price paid, especially they increase without warning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the lack of service from this snow removal company. The plow just came now, after all my neighbors including myself removed our own snow. The line is busy in the mornings obviously because I'm assuming there are unhappy customers wanting to know when the plow will pass. My husband called a snow removal company this year since he leaves quite often for work and I am pregnant. We did not want for me to be stuck or have to shovel and that's exactly what ended up happening. Only difference is, we are paying for it.
