★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premier et dernier hiver que je fais affaire avec eux. Leur service est excellent, la deneigeuse passe régulièrement et très tôt le matin. Là ou ca blesse, c'est leur service à la clientèle pourrie!
Mon voisin, qui travaille pour eux, a envoyé toute sa neige (entrée, un partie de son gazon et aussi toute le bord de la rue, celui-ci qui est supposé rester sur le bord de la rue) sur mon terrain. Résultat: 1 pouces de garnotte partout sur mon gazon et mes rocailles! Gazon et vivaces totalement scrap!
Je les contact début avril pour leur faire part du problème et me réponde qu'ils vont arranger ca car l'erreur est dû à un de leurs employés. Je les recontact fin avril pour avoir un suivi de quand ils viendraient réparés tout ca et surprise, ils ne veulent plus le faire! J'ai réessayer de les contacters par courriel et par téléphone plusieurs fois pour contester cette décisions sans jamais avoir de retour d'appel.
Ils m'ont définitivement perdu comme client!
 First and last winter that I do business with them. Their service is excellent, the snowdriver passes regularly and very early in the morning. Where it hurts is their rotten customer service!
My neighbor, who works for them, sent all his snow (entrance, part of his lawn and also the whole side of the street, the one that is supposed to stay on the edge of the street) on my land. Result: 1 inch of garnotte everywhere on my lawn and my rock! Grass and perennials totally scrap!
I contact them early April to tell them the problem and answer me that they will fix it because the error is due to one of their employees. I recontact them at the end of April to have a follow-up of when they would come to fix all that and surprise, they do not want to do it any more! I retried contacters by email and phone several times to challenge this decision without ever having a call back.
They definitely lost me as a customer!

Customer for 15 years, I always had a very good service. Thanks to the gentleman who was clearing snow this morning (he took the time to wait for me out of the house) and mentioned to me that the customers are important to them :)

Ils sont un peu chers mais très fiables!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons dû nos voisins et nous déneiger le 3/4 des parkings à la main la majorité de l hiver et ce même si on enlevait nos voitures. Ils faisaient le minimum. Deplus soyez assuré que lors qu ils briseront quelque chose chez vous.. vous aurez la réponse suivante.... ce n est pas supposé être la, sa gêne notre travail donc il y aura des frais supplémentaires. Vraiment déçu du manque de respect
We had to have our neighbors and us clear 3/4 of the parking lots by hand most of the winter, even if we removed our cars. They did the minimum. Also rest assured that when they break something in your home.. you will get the following response.... it's not supposed to be there, it interferes with our work so there will be additional costs. Really disappointed with the lack of respect
