J'ai parlé à 2 autres voisins à l'autre bout de ma rue et dans une rue adjacente (ma femme et moi sommes allés à la chasse pour voir si quelqu'un d'autre utilise réellement ces types). Incroyable, cette entreprise n'aide vraiment personne !! Tout le monde est en colère! Et tout le monde a une histoire sur ces gars-là. Je vais essayer quelques autres rues et si j'obtiens plus de commentaires comme celui-ci, je saurai à coup sûr que c'est une entreprise frauduleuse. Attention, non seulement vous ne ferez pas nettoyer votre allée de manière professionnelle, mais ils prendront votre argent et ignoreront vos courriels et vos appels téléphoniques - j'en ai envoyé tellement que j'ai perdu la trace d'eux. Très mécontent du terrible service client ici. Leurs relations avec la clientèle se dégradent à un tout autre niveau. :( :( :( !!!!! I don't know how companies like this survive? I spoke to 2 other neighbors across my street and on an adjacent street (my wife and I went hunting to see if anyone else is actually using these guys). Amazing, this business is really not helping anyone !! Everyone is angry! And everyone has a story on these guys. I will try a few more streets and if I get more reviews like this I will know for sure this is a scam business. Beware, not only will you not have your driveway professionally cleaned, but they will take your money and ignore your emails and phone calls - I sent so many that I lost track of them. Very unhappy with the terrible customer service here. Their customer relationships are deteriorating to a whole new level. :( :( :( !!!!!

Aujourd'hui il est 13.22, toujours pas passé. Je laisse la chance au courreur........mais je crois que je vais me tourner à ma bonne vieille Honda pour faire la job à temps Too bad, company launched since 2018, we are in 2021 and the service remains "ordinary", the contract stipulates that it MUST be cleared of snow BEFORE 06.30, this has never happened. Today it is 13.22, still not passed. I leave the chance to the rider ........ but I think I'll turn to my good old Honda to get the job done on time

Ils sont venus à 18h45 et parce que les gens n'ont pas tous enlevé leur voiture, il n'a pas ramasser de neige du tout. Même pad l'allée entre les 2 buildings. Espérant qu'ils vont faire quelque chose demain matin Stormy day today. Almost eight inches of snow. Are never presented in the morning. They came at 6:45 p.m. and because the people didn't all remove their car, it didn't pick up any snow at all. Same pad the alley between the 2 buildings. Hoping that they'll do something tomorrow morning

Je vous déconseille si vous n'avez pas de garage. Pas moyen de savoir quand ils passent vec le télé travail, c'est rendu je stationne dans la rue. ??? I regret having changed company, I clear the snow myself half the time, when it snows at night, they spend 6am before getting up. I do not recommend if you do not have a garage. No way to know when they are on TV with work, I am parked in the street. ???

Pas de place sur leur boîte vocale pendant la première grosse chute de neige, ils n'ont jamais répondu à aucun de mes nombreux e-mails - sauf le courriel initial que j'ai envoyé pour demander un prix. ils n’ont pas fait du bon travail non plus, la seule fois où ils sont venus toute la saison. c'était essentiellement une pelle à la fin d'une camionnette. pas une entreprise sérieuse! Their service is terrible. No room on their voicemail during the first big snowfall, they never responded to any of my many emails - except the initial email I sent asking for a quote. they didn't do a good job either, the only time they've been here all season. it was basically a shovel at the end of a pickup truck. not a serious business!

Ils demandent votre argent à l'avance, mais leur service a des jours de retard et la valeur du déneigement est médiocre. Nous avons attendu plusieurs jours pour qu'ils nettoient notre allée, avec plusieurs courriels, plusieurs appels téléphoniques. Rien. Ils ne sont pas professionnels. Pas réactif et ils ne se soucient pas de leur client. J'ai déposé une réclamation pour fraude et je vais intenter une action en justice contre eux. We have had a bad experience with this company. The quality of service is extremely poor. They ask for your money in advance, but their service is days late and the value of snow removal is poor. We waited several days for them to clean our driveway, with several emails, several phone calls. Nothing. They are not professionals. Not responsive and they don't care about their customer. I have filed a fraud claim and will take legal action against them.

À toutes les tempêtes de neiges on a dû les appeler pour qu'ils viennent et lorsqu'ils passaient, ils déneigeaient seulement la moitié du terrain. Nous les avons contactés par courriel sans aucune réponse. Ils répondent au téléphone seulement quand ça leur tente. Ils promettent d’envoyer quelqu’un et ça ne se fait jamais. À NE PAS CHOISIR car service médiocre. Par contre, leur argent ça ils sont super rapides à la prendre…. They deserve ZERO stars! Horrible unprofessional and fraudulent service!!! We never managed to get the service promised in their “contract”. At every snowstorm we had to call them to come and when they passed, they cleared only half of the field. We contacted them by email with no response. They answer the phone only when they feel like it. They promise to send someone and it never happens. DO NOT CHOOSE because poor service. On the other hand, their money that they are super quick to take it….

It is basically a ma and pop operation (husband and wife team) that are corrupt with no professionalism or standards. They have no accountability, don't respond to emails or phone calls and the husband does a very quick and poor job IF you are lucky to have him actually do the snow removal.They did not fulfill their contract obligations. They basically took our money and didn't deliver the service. We are extremely unhappy and can only hope that our neighbours considering this company will do their research and read the reviews before they give them money. They seem legit with a contract, but what a rude experience. The wife basically screens calls from clients asking for their driveway to be cleared and after several days of not delivering proper timely service, the husband shows up with a half ton truck with a blade in front of it and did a very red neck job on our driveway that should have been filmed so we could have loaded the video on youtube. One snow removal all season with constant emails and phone calls to try and get them come to remove the snow. Again, this is a cockroach company, so BEWARE before signing your money away with them!!!!
