★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention! Attention! Lisez bien la feuille signée à votre contrat, ils sont bien assuré MAIS VOUS PAYEZ LE PREMIER 100.00$. Beaucoup de mes meubles brisés, déménageur très mal engeulé et très irrespectueux et le plus jeune irresponsable il a perdu mes clés dans ascenceur. Ils ont réussi à perdre 2 tablettes intérieur de mon foyer avec les portes fermées et habillé avec leur couverture touvez l'erreur? Moi je n'ai pas trouvé! Mon horloge grand-mère ne fonctionne plus! Ils ont peut-être eu de bons déménageur mais ce n'est plus le cas! Surveillez vous meubles si vous, vous en prenez soin, car eux n'ont pas de respect. Avant de signer la feuille de livraison vérifier vos meubles s'ils sont en bon état car ils sont pressés de partir.

Many of my broken furniture, mover very badly shunned and very disrespectful and the irresponsible youngest he lost my keys in ascenceur. They managed to lose 2 shelves inside my home with the doors closed and dressed with their blanket turtle error? I did not find! My grandmother clock does not work anymore! They may have had good mover but this is no longer the case! Watch for furniture if you take care of it because they have no respect. Before signing the delivery sheet check your furniture if they are in good condition as they are in a hurry to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment désevant... Ils nous ont envoyé 2 jeunes, dont l'un qui n'était pas capable de rien soulever. Il n'y avait aucune boîte à transporter seulement quelque meuble et ils ont tout de même pris 4h pour déménager...
Nous avons dû appeler pour faire part de notre mécontentement et le superviseur et venu aider.
Il nous on réduit le prix de seulement 65$ et nous avons dû payer 517$ et on a monté une grande partie de nos chose nous mêmes car ça n'avençait pas.
120 $ de l'heure est un prix exagéré pour la piètre qualité de leur service.
Really disappointing ... They sent us 2 young people, one of whom was not able to lift anything. There was no box to carry only some furniture and they still took 4 hours to move ...
We had to call to express our dissatisfaction and the supervisor came to help.
We reduced the price by only $ 65 and we had to pay $ 517 and we built a lot of our stuff ourselves because it did not get any better.
$ 120 an hour is an exaggerated price for the poor quality of their service.

Le tout a commencé par une chicane entre 2 des 3 hommes à Trois-Rivieres.Un employé a quitté les lieux.Ça pris une demi-heure pour avoir un autre employé.Rendus à la Résidence,les 3 hommes ont refusé de se conformer aux règles de la pandémie.Il fait trop chaud pour porter un sareau,on ne croit pas aux virus,refusent de remplir le questionnaire,de porter le masque et les lunettes.Après discutions,une demi-heure plus tard ils ont commencé à décharger le camion.Ils ont fait 3 arrêts de travail..C’était l’enfer!!!Le tout a duré 12 hres.Après plusieurs contestations et discussions au téléphone,nous avons réussi à baisser la facture de 2 hres.Un déménagement à oublier.A ne pas recommandé

It all started with a chicane between 2 of the 3 men in Trois-Rivieres. An employee left the premises. It took half an hour to get another employee. When they got to the Residence, the 3 men refused to comply with the regulations. pandemic rules.It is too hot to carry a bucket, viruses are not believed, refuse to fill out the questionnaire, wear the mask and glasses.After discussions, half an hour later they began to unload the truck.They made 3 work stoppages..It was hell !!! The whole thing lasted 12 hours.After several disputes and discussions on the phone, we managed to lower the bill by 2 hours.A move to forget .Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont été rapide et organisé. Tout était dans des couvertures et ils n'ont pas fait de dommage. La seule chose, j'avais bien mentionné que mes plantes devaient être entrées en dernier, parce qu'elles étaient grosses et fragile. Malheureusement, ils ont laissé la porte du camion ouverte et mes plantes sont en train de mourir a cause du froid.
They were quick and organized. Everything was in blankets and they didn't do any damage. The only thing, I had mentioned that my plants had to be entered last, because they were big and fragile. Unfortunately, they left the truck door open and my plants are dying from the cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire déménagement à vie! Plusieurs points négatifs lors de mon déménagement cet été:
- Deux meubles ont été abîmés. Les meubles ont été réparés par un menuisier, mais j'ai dû payer 100$.
- Les déménageurs n'ont même pas apporter de charriots pour un déménagement dans un immeuble à condo avec ascenseur.
- Avoir chargé une heure de trop sur la facture
- Nombreuses pauses prises par les déménageurs pour fumer.
- N'ont pas fixés tous mes meubles dans le camion
- N'ont pas mis des couvertures sur tous mes meubles alors qu'ils en avaient plusieurs dans le camion.
Et bien d'autres...
Worst move ever! Several negative points during my move this summer:
- Two pieces of furniture were damaged. The furniture was repaired by a carpenter, but I had to pay $100.
- The movers did not even bring carts for a move in a condo building with an elevator.
- Having charged an hour too much on the bill
- Many breaks taken by the movers to smoke.
- Didn't fix all my furniture in the truck
- Didn't put blankets on all my furniture even though they had several in the truck.
And many others...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service. Un objet manquant et piano arrivé brisé ( je suis en train de le réparer ) . En plus Martel express m’a demander, à la livraison, de payer plus que ce qui était annoncé ( ce que j’ai bien sûr refusé ). Manque de sérieux et de coordination. À éviter.
