Comparé a poste Canada (20 jours pour une boîte a 6hrs de route). Lâchez pas le bon travail CANPAR!!! Big box received from Texas to the USA received on time in the heart of Quebec, very very satisfied ??. Compared to Canada post (20 days for a box 6 hours away). Don't let go of the good CANPAR work !!!

En plus, impossible de faire une plainte, la compagnie s'en lave les mains et ne fait que te rediriger vers l'expéditeur.. For a fast service, it's fast, so fast that the delivery man launches the products to go faster ... really a lack of professionalism. Évidemment, ils sont également très difficiles à rejoindre pour obtenir des réponses. Worst delivery service of all. They always lose my packages. I receive them 3 months later or not at all. Obviously, they are also very difficult to reach for answers.

J'appelle car ils n'ont pas mon appartement (qui est bien indiqué dans mon adresse de livraison évidemment mais bon). 1hrs au téléphone tout est réglé. Le lendemain le livreur vient mais ne sonne pas au bon appartement donc encore une fois mon colis est de retour au centre de distribution... Je vais voir sur Google ça m'indique quw le centre est à bécancour et est ouvert juste le jeudi. J'arrive là-bas : ce n'est pas la bonne adresse donc j'appelle canpar et je demande à parler à un superviseur et c'est impossible. La madame fini par me dire que c'est au 2829 rue Bellefeuille à Trois-Rivières ce n'est pas.bon. Adresse : 2920 rue Bellefeuille à Tr Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie. Worst service ever. I call because they do not have my apartment (which is clearly indicated in my delivery address of course, but good). 1hrs on the phone everything is settled. The next day the delivery man comes but does not ring the bell at the right apartment so once again my package is back at the distribution center ... I will see on Google that tells me that the center is in Bécancour and is open just Thursday. I arrive there: it is not the right address so I call canpar and I ask to speak to a supervisor and it is impossible. The madam ended up telling me that it is not at 2829 rue Bellefeuille in Trois-Rivières. Address: 2920 rue Bellefeuille in Tr I do not recommend this company.

J'ai appelé pour savoir ce qui se passait et la personne m'a dit quelle allait me rappeler pour me donner plus de détails. 2h plus tard je n'ai toujours pas eu de retour d'appel et d'après leur site, mon colis est maintenant à Lachine alors qu'il était dans ma ville le matin...Sérieusement, c'est le pire service de livraison que je n'ai jamais reçu! My package was in Trois-Rivières this morning (where I live) and there seemed to be a problem with my package. I called to find out what was going on and the person told me she was going to call me back to give me more details. 2 hours later I still have not received a return call and according to their site, my package is now in Lachine while it was in my city in the morning ... Seriously, this is the worst service on delivery that I never received!

The guy called me told me he couldn't bring it at my house although I paid to get it home. He told me he would leave at the post office. Well you know what! ! The postal office told him they couldn't take the parcel because it's not their responsibility. The guy left my parcel outside in front of the post office and it stayed there all night!! It could have gotten stolen!
